OK so I was watching TV over the weekend (Yes, I was board) I started seeing all of the commercials for energy drinks. (BTW I have to leave the names out, it keeps me out of trouble.)
So from that commercial, I wondered the following information?
- What’s really in these drinks? Because if you read the labels they are a tad confusing and from what I understand the bigger the words the more you are confused so we just go with the flow (Not everyone just most.)
- And the biggest questions are, why do we need them?
- If we eat a big lunch or anything that has meat, our bodies are trying to digest the food, hence our bodies are tired. (So in the later part of the afternoon, you take a shot and now you’re golden for the rest of the day.
- I wonder what would happen, If we switched out lunch to something simple like fruit, our bodies don't have to work as hard to digest our lunch and we should be be a tired?
So from there the real question is, do we really need them or do we need to alter our lunch?
